Try to poll (UnDP, SNMP walk) below OID(s) and see what you get, if you get zero(s) then talk to Citrix

resCpuUsage - 1.3.6.1.4.1.5951.4.1.1.41.1

resMemUsage - 1.3.6.1.4.1.5951.4.1.1.41.2

memSizeMB - 1.3.6.1.4.1.5951.4.1.1.41.4

When I use this poller it always show CPU and Memory tab with Zero value that cannot be the case right something is wrong .Can you help
