Write Community Strings

I thought during BETA that the option for NOT having write strings was determined. Manual setup of IPSLA and read-only SNMP access would be built into the production product. Is this correct or did something change?

VoIP Monitor v1 requires read-write access to auto configure the IP SLA capable devices. The beta and released versions work the same. We are planning on releasing a later verison that will enable users to manually configure the IP SLA operations on the devices. I do not have an ETA at the moment for the later release.

There were a number of us that had this concern and there was a thread concerning this in the BETA forum. Is that forum still available?

Manual addition of IP SLA VoIP operations have been supported since 2.0

The Forum is gone as the launch was a while ago. 2.0 launched last year and 2.1 launched May 12
