NPM: Custom Poller + Alert

I have implemented this custom poller (URL: ) and now im trying to make a alert for whenever a port is in the "blocking" state.

How would i go about doing this.. and what's the syntax/variables i'd use to displayin a email which port# is having the issues. Do i need to use some SQL or?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to specify that you are using a custom poller in the Property to Monitor field of the Advanced Alert Manager Trigger Condition tab. Then alert on the numerical status for blocking.
