Hi,
I have created some custom reports, saved them and can see them in Report Writer.
But these reports are not displaying on the web console even though the account has permissions to view these reports.
Any ideas?

There are two basic things you can check.
1. Do you have the "Make this Report available from the Orion website" option checked in the report (this should be checked by default)? If not, check that option, save the report and try again.
2. Did you pay attention to the Report Group you put that report in? If you made a new group, but aren't seeing that group on the Reports website, try changing the Report Group to one of the existing groups and see if that report shows up in the existing group.
Yes i have tried these, i have logged a support ticket.
Will update here when a fix is found.

If this is a separate web console server did you copy the reports from the server report writer is on, to the web console server?
I'm having the same issue, i created a copy of a canned report, renamed it, saved it to the reports directory and it will not show up in the report in report writer or the web console.
In case someone else has issue I wanted to share. I also ran into this issue and it appears to be related to the canned reports. When I used a canned report, modified it and save to a new report it would not show up in the web piece. If I "created" a new report and duplicated the canned report it worked fine.
Anyone got this working?
My fix...
Closed report writer
I went into the report folder in the Orion installation path.
Cut the report and pasted to the Desktop
Copied the report, pasted back into the folder
Voila!!!
It appeared on the web console again when I refreshed
