Voyager Scheduler email settings will not save

Hello. I have the FTP Voyager and I am trying to change the Scheduler email settings under Scheduler options but the new settings will not save. For example, I am tying to change the Server info and port from 25 to 587 and the settings will not save.  Is there a bug?

I figured out the issue.  I had to "Run as Administrator" as this was on a windows server 2008 box.  I still have an issue with alert emails not being sent.  I am getting "ssh_msg_disconnect: reason code 11: description: Disconnection initiated by user".

Any idea what is causing this?  I tested on 2 machines and getting the same error.
