Engineer toolset 10.5 Not installing on Windows 7 32bit

Hello,I am not able to install the Engineering Toolset v10.5 on my Windows 7 machine (I see on here that it is supported). I start the executable, I agree, verify location and say install. Shortly after it starts installing the "Files in Use" window pops up telling me files are currently in use. I have nothing open while trying to run the executable, and nothing is listed in the box to actually close. Nothing seems to work, I’m stuck at this point. Been reading on here all morning trying to find something.Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Dw33zl - Unzip and run the attached file (SolarWinds.LockedLibraryChecker.exe) and it should give you the names of the executable(s) that is preventing the install...

Thank you for the quick reply,

I did as you suggested. A command window appeared "empty" for one minute then closed itself. didn't say anything at all.

i tried it again, and it looked like lettering was appearing, but it closed itself before i could read anything. Any way to get it to stay open?

Dw33zl - You can:

Open a command prompt (Start->Run->cmd)
Change to the folder where you where you unzipped the executable (cd \'folder path' (without the quotes), hit enter)
Then run the application (type 'SolarWinds.lockedlibrarychecker.exe' and hit enter)

DOH! I should have known that one.

Thank you for your help i got it. It was OCS and OpsCenter running in the background.
