I have been trying to call for support but I keep getting a fast busy when I do. Is there an alternate number that I can use?
The main corporate number is 512.682.9300 or 866.530.8100. I'm pretty sure there's a phone tree off that number with an option to reach support.
You can also open a ticket through the customer portal (Customer Portal Login | SolarWinds).
EDIT: It looks like an issue with their toll-free provider. The 866 number above also doesn't work, but the 512 number rings through. Technical support is option 3.

No worries! I think most of us here are used to dealing with telecom carriers and know that these things do happen.
One friendly suggestion. Since many of your customers frequent Thwack, it may be worth having the community team post an announcement here if you should happen to experience a similar outage in the future. Not a criticism by any means, but perhaps something to consider adding to the continuity plan as you go through the inevitable postmortem meetings on the outage.
