MDAC Solarwinds Engineer's Toolset 10.8

I just installed Engineer's toolset 10.8 on a recently imaged Vista box and I keep getting Error#-2147467259 C://ProgramData\Solarwinds\Toolset\Network-Monitor.cfg is not a valid path. I've seen other posts regarding this problem but they were with XP and older versions of Engineer's toolset. Any ideas on how to solve this issue would be appreciated.

I found the problem, there was no database file or folder setup during the install process. Problem is solved.
