Question about VMS

When creating alerts for Orion, does "isVMS" have to with setting up alerts about VMs? I know it may sound like a silly question but in trying to setup VM alerts I came across this and wondered if my Alerts aren't working because of it. Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advanced.

That doesn't look familiar to me. Where exactly are you seeing isVMS?
