Hi,
I have the following alert setup:

with reset criteria as:

The interface goes down, alert criteria apply and trigger action duly fired. Everything fine so far.
I know the interface is going to be down for (lets say) 30 minutes, so I unmanage the interface. I would expect this to satisfy the reset criteria and fire the reset trigger action. What ACTUALLY happens is the alert clears (i.e. disappears) but is not listed as "reset" in the event summary/today resource and no reset trigger action is received. When the interface automatically remanaged after the time period, and is still down, the alert fires again (again, this is desirable, so no problem here)
I'm on the fence as to if this is expected behavior or not. Please could anyone give some thoughts on this? Why is the reset trigger action not firing?
