Please, is there any way to know when an alert was created ?

I don't believe there is any way to track when the alert was actually configured. What are you after though? If you can explain the scenario you are working through, maybe we can make a suggestion to help you resolve the problem.

Are you referring to when a alert was created by a monitored object going in to a down state (or some other state that warrants an alert) or when someone actually created the Advanced / Basic alert that checks the monitored objects within the system?

If you're looking to get when the Basic / Advanced alert was created within the system there is nothing in the database to reflect it's creation date / time nor is there anything on the file system that I know of.

Getting a date / time stamp in the Alert Action is definitely possible.
