Garbage in Recipients when creating report schedule

I was wondering if anyone has seen this in the recipients list in STM 5.2.2

Ended up deleting the user id with the garbage, and the list is now correct.

Looks like it is garbage in one of the email addresses for the user email addresses, but deleting them does not take care of the problem.
