Adding Profiler Licenses

Question

I inherited the SolarWinds Profiler console and did not configure the original installation.  I need to add some NetBackup and BrightStor licenses to the existing console to monitor additional server backups. These were purchased with a different custormer ID number since the servers are located in another country. How do I add these additional licenses?

Yours is a pretty unique case. Best bet would be for you to contact support for help downloading the licenses. Also, if you have a sales rep/engineer that you are working with, they can help, too.
