This resource is visible only for script monitors (PowerShell Script Monitor, Windows Script Monitor, Linux/Unix Script Monitor, Nagios Script Monitor). Are you looking at Component Details view of one of these components?
It probably won't be visible in 'Preview' mode, because in that case website shows first object, which matches view type and it probably won't be script monitor.
