Printable=true question

I have a scheduled report that emails the Top 10 list every morning. My question is how can I make this a printable=true version? I have tried to add the printable=true to the end of the url, but that does not seem to work. I have also added the check box for a printable version, neither work. I personally don't see the issue, but some of the other admins complain about the menu and banner causing formating issues in the email.

Which version is this and what mail client do you use? The the Printable=True web link should work. I do see that this has been reported in 8.5 here but there is no workaround suggested. I have also seen issue with Lotus Notes and attachmetns here

This is in V9 with Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007.

Check the account that is used to run the report and ensure that it does not have the Allow View Customization and the Toolset Integration box checked.
