SRM 6.2 Not seeing additional storage added to NAS volume

We added 2TB to a NAS volume and it's not reflecting in SolarWinds. It's been 2 days, ran a rediscovery and still not seeing it. The volume is 20TB in SolarWinds and should be showing as 22TB. I called support and after an hour of the tech looking around he ran a diagnostics. A hour later he sent an email saying:

I check the database it show that "array name" last sync is today.
Please monitor this for now, check it later.

I received another email saying to remove and add the array back to SolarWinds. I would rather not do this so i don't lose any historical data.
