Troubleshooting failed patches on machines

Hello

I am still learn and I have 4 system that the prepackaged flash player failed, I want to use Eminentware to try to fix/troubleshoot the patch (we use WSUS with Eminentware).

What is the best way to do this and is there any how-to on this.

Can you send an email to customersupport@eminentware.com with the details of the failure messages you are seeing? If you can include screenshots of the error messages and details on what specific package you are attempting to deploy that would help a great deal.
