Hi echcomp,

You will have to ensure that the device: 555Wireless_R.pcdphones.com is sending Netflow packets to the device.

And also, you will have to ensure that there are not firewall that are actively dropping the Netflow packets that are going from the device to the Toolset.

To ensure that you have Netflow packets coming into the server/PC, you might want to run wireshark on the box: www.wireshark.org/download.html
