VNQM 4.0 is what I am using now.
I have run it in IE 9.0.8112.16421 and Chrome 26.0.1410.43 and the same is coming up.

i have contacted support and end up telling me to upgrade the version of Orion that we have.
i am still not working on the upgrade of the version as this is something that needs to be worked on by the back end support from our company.
any reason that this is happening? the device is properly working upon providing details to the support, fyi.
