clear event monitor

I have over 20,000 pages of event monitor entries and I want to delete most of these pages. I can only seem to display 100 events at a time, then check all, then clear but that only gets rid of one page of the 20,000 pages. Isn't there a way to delete all but the last few months of event entries??

Go to Settings->Polling Settings.

Under "DATABASE SETTINGS" adjust the EVENTS RETENTION  field to the value in days that you would like to retain.

Once nightly DB maintenance runs, you should see that any events older than your new retention date have been cleared out.

BTW the maximum number of events that can be displayed at a time on the Events page is 2000.
