Once a node is added with an IP address, then it is entered in DNS, how do you refresh the node to reflect the DNS name without manually typing in its name (have it re-do a reverse lookup)?
How do you "create upload script" from a snippet without having to paste the snippet in to a config and do it that way? In other words, have the snippet automatically put into a format that includes the "config t" and "end", etc.
When this product is integrated into Orion, will there be the capability for a syslog message that indicates a config change to trigger a config download like CiscoWorks did?
What table/field in the access db holds the entire configs? I cannot find it.
Thanks.
Debbi

I think that if you inventory the device and then edit and change the Node Name to "${sysname}" it will use the name that it discovers from the device. That actually doesn't have anything to do with DNS, it's using the SNMP sysname.
