Hello colleagues, I have a query, my Orion I get this problem, can you help me indicating why this usually happens and what should I do to remedy it?
I would start with the "Learn more" link there. But basically your options are:
1. Increase capacity by setting up another polling engine. If you have some hardware headroom on the current server (CPU load not too high, memory pressure not high), then you may be able to apply that license on the current server. Otherwise you will need another server.
2. Decrease load to match current capacity. Either remove some monitored elements (maybe you are monitoring some loopback interfaces or other interfaces/volumes that are not important?) or increase the polling intervals - polling less frequently implies less load.
