Monitoring AJAX website issues with WPM

WBEISTE OVERVIEW

We have a client facing websites that we need to monitor.  The websites allows customers to register online for their product warranties, entering their details, selecting a product and choosing a protection plan.

Sections of the webpages (such as selected plan summaries etc) are refreshed with AJAX.

WPM VERSION

I am running WPM 2.0.1

ISSUE

When attempting to record the transactions, sections of the wbsite/webpages that are refreshed using AJAX, appear completely blank.

This prevents any further progress through the registration process and utilimately a WPM transaction cannot be created.

Is there a workaround (using x-y co-ordinates won't work as the sections are completely blank)?

Does the latest version of WPM 2.2.0 feature any enhancements to cater for website featuring AJAX?

I would appreciate any tips and advice for this issue, thanks!

I have had a reply from SolarWinds support.

If the website works fine in IE (which it does, as I ensured I could run through the transaction prior to attempting a recording), then its liekly to be an issue with the player.

I have been advised to upgrade to the latest version of WPM.
