How i can understand this data

Hello

I have Virtual Machine with 1 CPU and 4 Gb Ram for SQL server 2005

I use Application template "SQL server (via SNMP)" that showing 99% CPU usage, but NPM shows 67% (see screenshot)

One possibility is that these measurements were taken at different times.

Application CPU usage is higher then NPM CPU usage. What CPU usage real?
