is FTP a must ?

Heloo,

when adding call manager device , is it a must to provide the FTP credentials ? or I can skip that part ?

It can be skipped, but you will not get CDR (call detail) data.

We use a third party call recording/call tracking solution so don't use this functionality inside VNQM
