Upgrade License Purchased - How to apply it?

Hello,

We just purcahsed an upgrade from our APM 3.0 100 license and I'd like to upgrade to our new license. I went to APM Licensing but it just lists our current licese with no way to change. I've done some quick searching but I'm not finding anything.
