Are you monitoring your devices via SNMP? If so you should be able to determine bandwidth utilization for any interfaces you are monitoring.
Your post mentions IPAM - that tool is an IP Address Management product so please make sure you are using NPM or NTA if you want to get an idea of your bandwidth utilisation.

we are using NPM,and recently we have installed IPAM in NPM application.
we are looking for the BW utilization for the individual site's in our environment.
In NPM we are monitoring the devices Via SNMP.
