cannot download a running config from Dell PowerConnect

I have a good login credential for my Dell PowerConnect switch, but I see the following error in the NCMBusinessLayewrPlugin log when I try to download a running config:

Any ideas where my issue may be? Thanks.

I don't have any Dell gear but in device Edit Properties, in the Communications section there is the Device Template. In there are 3 listing for Dell PowerConnect Switch. Have you tried to set the Device Template to any of these 3 options?

We have three different models of Dell PowerConnect switches in our network and I ended up with modified device templates for each of them.
