Software loses it configuration.

Twice now the Engineering Tool set has completely lost it configuration and required a reinstall, repairing it did not resolve the problem.

After a system restart when I launched the product I received a message that it was unable to open the netperfmon.cfg file and would now support only 0 items.

Anybody have a clue as to what might cause this?

NDOT - Ralph - Are you logging in under a different account after the reboot? The Engineer's Toolset requires that the user be running as admin...

No I use my own login. I have complete admin privledges.

I updated the orginal post with a screen shot of the exact errors.

NDOT-Ralph - I have seen this before, but it was on versions of Toolset that were not licensed correctly. Can you please contact support to help you troubleshoot this?

Yes I will. Just to let you know I have de-installed and reinstalled my software, set up the devices to be monitored and then copied the SWNetPerfMon.cfg to a backup location. Hope I don't need it.
