Error 429 when opening network sonar

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this without re-instaling

Cannot Stat SolarWinds Discovery Engine. You may need to reinstall this software.
Error=(429) ActiveX component can't create object.

I would re-install but I do not have a key to do the install again says I do not have any license keys available in my solarwinds user area.

You do not need another key to reinstall.

You can reinstall the software without requiring a new Software License Key.
It will use the one already on the PC.

This type of error means that required DLL has been deleted or renamed.
Re-Installing should fix the problem.
