Cisco Model-Number

Hi people.

We are using NPM and in the past the "Machine Type" provided the right information about the model of Cisco devices. Since some time, the information provided by the machine type doesn´t match with the reality, and it depend on the IOS image. We need to know the exact Model-Number of our Cisco devices, as it shown in the "show version" command.

Are you planning to solve it? Is there a way to get the exact Model-Number?
