WLC Login issues

I am trying to get NCM to pull my WLC configurations. However, when NCM attempts to login it enters the username and password twice. Has anyone had this issue or know how to fix it? Here is the login trace:

Check your device template out--does it look like the one I've pasted below? If not, give this template a try--it works fine for my WLC's.

This is a different template than what I had, but the same result. Double username...

It might be that you have NCM set up to use an Enable user name & password for your WLC. Try removing that ("No Enable", or leave that section blank) and see if it works better for you.

Thank you for the suggestion. However, I already have it setup to use "no enable login". Looks like it is time to open a ticket on this.
