Will the LEM agent install and work on windows embedded? We have a couple different versions of windows embedded such as XP and 7. Should this work?
Generally, you can't install the agent on these platforms - not really our restriction, but you can't actually access it like a normal windows system.
The remote installer uses admin shares to push to the system, which are often disabled. The local installer needs to run interactively and be able to install and run as a service.
That's been our experience with XP and CE, and based on research on 7.
