CatTools 1-Error

Hello,

When I try to run my Device.Backup.TFTP, I get a series of error messages with the following detail:

1-Error *my switch* Client LoadScriptFile: Script file not found. (C:\Program Files\CatTools3\Scripts\.txt

My first thought was the folder did not exist. I have verified that it does and the path name is correct and that there are .txt script files in that folder. Any help resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

If the exact message you are seeing says:

LoadScriptFile: Script file not found. (C:\Program Files\CatTools3\Scripts\.txt

then the problem is you are trying to load a script with no name ( .txt instead of filename.txt).

Have you created a custom script, or are you just using the 'out-the-box' activities and device types?
