Although we only support Cisco's CallManager and CallManager Express as actual CallManager nodes, you can still monitor Alcatel devices in IP SLA Manager. Call managers from other manufacturers other than Cisco can be monitored with IP SLA Manager by using a Universal Device Poller specifically configured for you non-Cisco call manager. IP SLA Manager treats non-Cisco call managers in the same way as any other VoIP device.
As for supporting non-Cisco devices as actual CallManager nodes, we get the occasional request for this. We are looking at it for our long term road map, but no commitments or dates at this time.
