SolarWinds SFTP Server

I'm looking for a free or low cost basic SFTP server and since we use SolarWinds in our organization for monitoring I thought maybe a free SFTP server with the SolarWinds brand support might be a reasonable course to take... but so far I am not getting any warm-fuzzy feelings. Can someone point me to the correct links to get documentation, support information, etc.?

1. When I try to download the SFTP/SCP Server from SolarWinds' website I keep getting a 504 error. Specifically, a link on https://thwack.solarwinds.com/community/free-tools-and-trials_tht takes me to http://www.solarwinds.com/register/?Program=52&c=70150000000CcH2&CMPSource=THW&CMP=ORGANIC which times out with error "504 Gateway Time-out openresty/1.7.7.1"

2. I can't seem to find a home page or the SFTP Tool. I'd like to understand its capabilities, setup, etc. Where do I look for this information?

3. Who supports the on-going development of the software? Is there a SolarWinds technical support channel available for existing paid SolarWinds customers?

I received a download link via e-mail from SolarWinds, so I downloaded and installed the 1.0.4.9 SFTP server to see what it could do. Right off the bat I'm getting an error: "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application." "ScpServer Tray.TaskSchedulerException: Error communicating with Task Scheduler. ..." See screenshots. This error occurs when I tick the option "Startup & System Tray > Automatically run this application when I log on to Windows". Perhaps this makes sense to get this error when the SFTP service is running?

After pressing "Continue" the "Automatically run this application when I log on to Windows" option is un-checked (not saved).

Anyway, past the above posted bug, where is the documentation for this tool?

How do I manage the SSH keys?

I see no way to generate SSH keys for the user accounts.

The only documentation that I've seen is in the Help in ScpServerTray.exe systray app, which points to:

C:/Program%20Files%20%28x86%29/SolarWinds/SftpServer/Help/SCPServer.htm

It automatically creates and stores keys. I've poked around the registry and the executable directory. and haven't found much.
