Unable to install LEM on VMWare 6.5

As the title says

i have tried LEM 6.6 and 6.7 RC, both fail at the deploy ova step with no error message.

has anyone got this working, if so any tips?

There aren't any known issues with deploying on ESX 6.5. Is it timing out when you go to deploy the template within vSphere or what exactly is happening?
