Error submitting support ticket

Hi Solarwinds

I'm trying to submit a support ticket online but clicking on the Submit Form button is throwing up an error in IE7:

Char: 2
Error: Syntax error
Code: 0
URL: https://forms.netsuite.com/app/site/crm/externalcasepage.nl?compid=638609&formid=12&h=3d0552f20b2e9bd6580b

Can you please pass this on to the appropriate person/team and advise when fixed?

Netsuite has identified the issue as being related to non-us country codes and are trying to fix this as a top priority. Until then you might select US as a country now regardless of your country when submitting a ticket.

Same here, trying to submit a ticket but getting the same error. I'm on IE6, so I don't think it's an issue with IE7.
