Hello, we noticed a process that was causing blocking on our system and when i drilled into the blocking details we noticed it was from a computer that does not seem to exist in AD or anywhere else in our organization.  Does DPA store an IP address?  We need to track this down.

This information is sent by the client application to SQL Server. I'd recommend doing an nslookup on that host to see what IP address it references (assuming it is in DNS). Also, do you have anyone that works for you named Kim Grant? 8 )

This would be the same info you'd see if you ran this from SSMS: "select hostname from sysprocesses" kind of query.
