Does anyone have a list of all the currently available Amazon E2C, Microsoft Azureor and Rackspace’s locations/countries one can install SEUM Players at?

For Amazon you can use our integrated wizard which allows you to automatically create preconfigured Amazon instance in selected location/region, install SEUM Player on it and do some basic configuration. You can find that wizard in Manage Locations page, button Add Location in the Cloud.
For Rackspace and many other cloud providers you must do it manually (see Admin guide, chapter Installing the Player).
About Azure: I don't think that Azure allows you to install 3rd-party software. They use different philosophy for application deployment than most of the other cloud providers.
