User Activity Log?

Is there a way to log or access a log of user activity in Ipmonitor 10?

We'd like to see which users logged in at what time, and which users have suspended/disabled or add/removed alerts.

Basically we need some accountability for who did what at which time.

I've often tried to find out which one of the on-call staff decided to disable an alert instead of fixing the actual problem

More granular security controls would help, too, but this would be a good start. :-)
