EOC - adding Servers

When I try to add a server I receive Failed test.
Cannot connect to a SolarWinds Orion Information Service at (SOIS) cts-swnpm:17777. You may have mistyped the Orion NPM server address, or the SOIS may not be running.

I check to see if the port was listening on botht the EOC and the NPM server. Firewalls are turned off. telneting to EOC from the NPM server on that port works.

When I telnet to the NPM box from the EOC I get: Could not open connection to the host, on port 1777.Firewalls are open on both servers. I can start an Orion Web Console to

the NPM box from the EOC.

Has anyone experienced this and can you provide any suggestions on what to check.

Can you double check all the services are running? This usually indicates the Orion Information Service is not running.

All Services running and set to automatic start.

Please look at the KB article Unable to add an Orion NPM to Orion EOC. If it doesn't help, open a support ticket.
