Syslog 9.0.3 running fine on Server 2003 platform. Use the free version to monitor small company network and provide logs to DShield.
Use Vipe Enterprise for Anti-Virus. Was running fine on version 3.1 of Vipre. Upgraded to 4.0 and that broke the syslog. Completely removed the Vipre software and removed the syslog. Reinstalled syslog and still receive same error messages.

In Windows Application log
Hanging application Syslogd_Manager.exe, version 9.0.0.3, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
Upon trying to start syslog, splash screen and then nothing, but app is visibile in Task Manager. I have to stop app form Task Manager.
Help Please.
