Where to Find Current Download of SFTP/SCP and TFTP ?

I have SolarWinds Orion and our licensed modules running. On the same server we also have the free downloads for SFTP/SCP and TFTP in use. I am replacing the entire SolarWinds server and need to re-install SFTP/SCP and TFTP on the new machine. So I thought I'd just download the most current versions of the free tools installers for SFTP/SCP and TFTP from the SolarWinds website. However, the downloads are a regression to an older version!

Where to I find the correct, latest, newest, most stable versions?

Installed (as determined from Help>About):

SFTP/SCP 1.1.0.16

TFTP 11.0.2.57

Downloaded today:

SFTP/SCP 1.0.4.9

TFTP 10.9.1.33

Not sure where to ask this question. I couldn't find a Thwack forum for SFTP/SCP and TFTP "support" for the free tools, I hope this is the correct forum.

This could be because the SFTP server was being used in a few other Solarwinds products. The free tool section might be synchronized after the SFTP version is rolled out across all those products in their respective release cycle.

I have a similar issue, and need additional information:

I am looking for additional information on the TFTP Server, is there a place for that? The information needed are:

The current version of the SolarWinds TFTP Server
Release notes associated with the current release of the SolarWinds TFTP Server
Any patches released for the SolarWinds TFTP Server since version 10.9.1.33

Is anyone else looking for this information for compliance purposes?

The public website download links are for older versions. Very obvious to me that the sysadmin of the SolarWinds servers I've inherited (and need to upgrade/replace) downloaded and installed a newer version than what is currently publicly available. This is a road block to my SolarWinds upgrade because I need to provide these tools on the replacement server and I do not have access to installers for SFTP/SCP 1.1.0.16 or TFTP 11.0.2.57 ?!?!?

Since SolarWinds doesn't appear to care any more, I am seriously considering abandoning SolarWinds for TFTP support. Cisco has their own free TFTP server which they bundle in their CallManager suite. I can't find any separate download or support pages on Cisco's website.

There are other TFTP servers available for download.

SolarWinds seems to make a big deal about promoting free sysadmin tools, I hope that someone at SolarWinds will respond to this thread.

as per answer above we have updated download page with latest version of TFTP Server Free Tool - dependency on .NET 3.5 removed in version 11.0.4

I will update info about latest version for SFTP/SCP here as well soon.

1) Where can I find the release notes on this new version?

2) What was patched and would you have a list of fixes or patches that this new release has?

Thanks for your continuing help on this. I just downloaded and installed and checked Help>About. Here are my results:

TFTP 11.0.4.101 (newer version)

SFTP/SCP 1.0.4.9 (this is still the old version)

https://www.solarwinds.com/free-tools/free-sftp-server

The TFTP server is newer than even my production system, so that should be a benefit going forward and is a step which will assist with my SolarWinds upgrade. However, the SFTP/SCP server is still back-leveled (compared to 1.1.0.16) installed on my production SolarWinds server. Are you still working on updating the download links on SolarWinds free-tools page?

I am confused why the version of the free SFTP download isn't synchronously maintained with the ETS. Can someone explain?

After upgrading NCM to the current version 8.0 it automatically installed "SolarWinds SCP Server" 1.3.0.30 (note: not SFTP server) and "SolarWinds TFTP Server" 11.0.4.0

The versioning seems to vary depending on the source.
