NetPath not working as excpected

I have setup a NetPath to the IP address 104.44.250.154 on port 443.

The firewall allows any access from the internal server to external and connections to the public location is accessible via a browser.

Has anybody got any ideas why I cannot get this to work or tips I can do for troubleshooting?

FYI - The same test to the bbc.co.uk on port 443 works fine.

I doubt its the answer but netpath uses ping over http. It could be its blocked at the other end?

On a slight side note I have found it often struggles with websites.

When I've used it for a site to site VPN we get so much useful info. Try it to google say, 2 hops and then timeouts until the firewall.

Cheers grantallenby, you could be right as this is hosted in the Microsoft cloud and I know they don't like pinging!

Yes for once I can help well possibly...

If its Azure they should let you install the Agent. If you can you should be able to connect the two together better.

I would recommend reversing the order. So when the Agent is installed set netpath from the Microsoft server

That sounds like a possible solution. I will give that a try and let you know.
