Has any one seen before MS SQL 2005 Sever service reboots

Has anyone ever seen after they install SNMP, SNMP-WMI and WMI service on a Windows 2003 server standard? Then model MS SQL 2003 application under APM. Then suddenly have the SQL server service stop ?
