cisco C20 send commands

hi All I am trying to add some Cisco/Tandberg C20 to Cattools, in order to edit the phonebook from Cattools. My problem is that is will not start to send the commands to the device. From the debug it states:

Hi Martin,

If the device does not display any prompt (i.e. '>' or '#' for instance) or some other form of reoccurring text, then the Generic.Device type in CatTools will not work for this device.

The prompt is an 'anchor point' that CatTools checks for after each command has been sent.

Without a prompt, CatTools will be unable to determine that the command output has been fully captured.

If the device has some form of reoccurring text (for example on menu-driven systems, you sometimes see things like 'press X to return to main menu'); then you may have some luck getting the device to work with CatTools; however if you can't get it working via the Device Variations feature within the Generic.Device type, then this will need to be added as a feature request.
