Monitor TLS website

Is there a way to monitor a website that uses TLS instead of SSL? Setting it up as a https monitor with port 443 returns an "unable to connect to remote device." Same result when set up as an http monitor with port 443.

Yep, if you can contact support and ask them for the buddy drop which addresses this bug.

As far as I know there there was no buddy drop released for this type of issue.

If you open a case with support, this BD can be provided.

SAM does not carry the process of IP monitor which is the BD for. It means the IP monitor BD will not work with SAM.
