How can I generate a report that shows all confirgured alerts with trigger/reset actions for each node?

I have a list of nodes that I need to show all alert configurations and trigger/reset actions for each.  The nodes are configured using Advanced Alert Manager.  I believe this can be done for Basic Alerts in Report Writer.  Any ideas how this can be done?

Has no-one else ever had this problem? Reporting the settings of alerts, templates, components and thresholds from both NPM & APM is often required to satisfy auditors.

The All Nodes managed by NPM under the default NPM Summary tab and the All Applications Tree resource under the default SAM Summary page presents most of the required information, but not in a very usable format and using the &DataFormat=XLS as a URL suffix does not work in the same way as it would with a report.

I guess that a SQL query would replicate these resources to provide an CSV or XLS that could be manipulated. Does anyone have a working query for this please or is there another way?
