Orion NCM Downloading Config

Hi thwack,

I have a problem upon downloading config on NCM Job option. Login and SNMP Validation is working, but when I download the config, the error is unable to login to router: timeout device ip. Note that i can access the router via command prompt telnet on Orion Server

Click Submit a Technical Support Ticket
In order to receive technical support, you will need to be current on your SolarWinds maintenance. Complete the form. You will not be able to upload your Orion diagnostics, but you will receive an email back that allows you to upload diagnostics.

Thanks y'all for the replies. Actually I already resolved this one.However, i have a problem on installing NTA database, the error prompt that a previous database is not match on a new NTA databse. How can i delete my previous NTA database to install a new one without updating a previous?
